Department of Renewable Energy Technology:
The Renewable Energy Technology is a specialty that studies the various uses of clean energy and its importance in reducing environmentally polluting emissions. The importance of this specialty lies in its economic and environmental impact, as it helps in achieving independence in energy production locally in light of the high prices of importing fossil fuels. The department offers a renewable energy technology program for the diploma stage to prepare skilled technicians and specialists in renewable energy systems of all kinds. The department is equipped with the necessary laboratories with the latest devices and equipment and all necessary facilities for students and members of the teaching and administrative staff.
Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance Department
The Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Maintenance Department is of great importance in light of the rapid technological development and the increasing need for it in various fields, which makes it the focus of attention of several engineering specializations. This specialization aims to analyze, design and maintain mechanical, electrical and electronic systems in vehicles. The Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance Department was established at Zarqa Technical Intermediate College in 2018, with the aim of qualifying technicians specialized in this vital field. The department awards a diploma in the maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles, and includes a distinguished faculty composed of master’s degree holders, in addition to engineers with experience in engineering. Students receive practical and theoretical training to develop their skills in the field of maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles.
Department Vision:
The program aims to prepare qualified, self-certified automotive technicians, capable of diagnosing, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic problems in hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as internal combustion engines using the latest technologies. This program is compatible with Level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework.
E-Business Management:
It aims to prepare qualified technical cadres to work in various administrative fields, such as managing complete electronic services of all kinds known as e-services, e-publishing, electronic content management, digital content formulation, websites, blogs, electronic buying and selling operations, e-marketing, and e-management of human resources and follow up on inventory operations and the delivery and receipt of goods electronically at government institutions and private companies in all their industrial, financial, and service fields.

Choosing the circle: It is one of the geometric symbols to indicate harmony, and the pattern of unity, and in its mythological meaning, for it means connection, integration, and continuity, so it has been used in more than one place. The logo based on the circle expresses nobility, originality, confidence, and professionalism.
Sun: to indicate clean solar energy.
Gear: to indicate practical technological technology.
Wind Turbine: to indicate wind energy technology.
Railroad Rails: to indicate some specializations of study.
Colors: blue, orange, black, and they indicate a set of symbolic meanings:
Blue: This color was chosen to affiliate with Zarqa University and also for Zarqa Governorate. This color denotes tranquility, dignity, science, technology, heaven, freedom, and freedom, all of which are meanings that apply to the scientific edifice.
Orange: This color is used to denote vitality, energy, activity, and enthusiasm. It also symbolizes belonging, and its wave and frequency have a profound effect on the soul, as it strengthens the spirit of belonging.

It is a line with a stylized and regular geometric tone, as is the case with this type of line. It is most appropriate to indicate the specialty of engineering, technology, and science in general.
(English) Use: Berlin Sans FB Demi
It is also a font with a geometric flavour. It was chosen to be in harmony with the Arabic calligraphy and to indicate the same previous meanings.
